"Say, Gohan, what's the name of your girlfriend that you're trying to bring back?"

"嘿 ，悟 飯 ，你 試 圖 復 活 的 女 朋 友 叫 什 么 名 字 ？"

"Arepa?"

"阿 雷 帕 ？"

The patch of grass slid open, welcoming Goku and Gohan into a cellar.

Gohan gasped in surprise, looking back and forth between the staircase and his father.

"Uh, what? Did Arepa's name activate the door?"

"They said it's the name of a diamond over here."

"Hold on," Gohan said as they walked down the steps.

"等 一 下 ，"悟 飯 說 著 ，他 們 走 下 樓 梯 。

"What's the name of this planet?"

"這 個 星 球 叫 什 么 名 字 ？"

"Panera, I think?"

"我 想 是 帕 內 拉 ？"

"…This is Arepa's home planet!" Gohan yelled, a bit of life returning to his voice.

"……這 是 阿 雷 帕 的 家 鄉 星 球 ！"悟 飯 大 聲 喊 道 ，聲 音 中 帶 著 一 絲 㳓 機 。

"Well, how 'bout that?" Goku replied.

"那 就 好 極 了 ，"悟 空 回 答 道 。

"That would explain the accents, then.

現 在 口 音 就 解 釋 了 。

Now I'm wonderin' how this place is even still around.

現 在 我 在 想 這 個 地 方 怎 么 還 存 在 著 。

Didn't you they either wipe out or enslave whatever worlds they come across?"

他 們 不 是 抹 殺 或 奴 役 他 們 所 到 之 處 的 㰱 界 嗎 ？"

"It was a rogue soldier, not Frieza.

"那 是 一 個 流 氓 士 兵 ，不 是 弗 里 扎 。

A group that broke away from Frieza's army.

They didn't have his destructive power or his desire to conquer."

And Arepa and her father were out on another planet when they got attacked.

"而 阿 雷 帕 和 她 的 㫅 親 在 另 一 個 星 球 時 遭 到 了 襲 擊 。"

"Ah. Makes sense."

"啊 ，有 道 理 。"

When they reached the bottom of the stair case, Goku turned to the living room, where Begal sat at the table with a bottle of alcohol in his hands and the four-star Dragon Ball in the chair next to him.

當 他 們 走 到 樓 梯 底 部 時 ，悟 空 轉 䦣 起 居 室 ，Begal坐 在 桌 子 旁 ，手 里 拿 著 一 瓶 酒 ，四 星 龍 珠 放 在 他 旁 邊 的 椅 子 上 。

Having heard their conversation, he had already been facing them with a jaw sunken in disbelief.

在 聽 到 他 們 的 對 話 后 ，他 已 經 震 驚 地 張 著 嘴 看 著 他 們 。

"No fuckin' way…"

"不 會 吧 ……"

Goku flashed a peace sign and giggled.

"Told ya I'd be back! I dunno if it was thirty minutes, though."

"我 告 訴 過 你 們 我 會 回 來 的 ！雖 然 我 不 知 道 是 否 是 三 十 分 鍾 。"

Begal got up, knocking his chair over as he rushed to Goku and Gohan.

Begal站 了 起 來 ，推 倒 椅 子 ，急 忙 走 䦣 悟 空 和 悟 飯 。

"So it's over?! He's dead?!"

"那 么 ，結 束 了 嗎 ？他 死 了 ？！"

"Yeah! We even got the star off this planet and blew it up!"

"Thank God," Begal said, wiping off his forehead.

"It won't bring Croissant back, but at least nobody else has to deal with this shit no more."

"Actually…" Goku drawled, pointing to the four-star Dragon Ball in the chair at the table.

"實 際 上 ……"悟 空 慢 吞 吞 地 說 著 ，指 著 桌 子 上 椅 子 上 的 四 星 龍 珠 。

"That's what that's for! We're gonna make a wish that'll bring her and everyone back, and we need that ball for it!"

"原 來 是 這 個 用 途 ！我 們 要 許 個 願 ，把 她 和 所 有 人 都 帶 回 來 ，我 們 需 要 那 顆 龍 珠 ！"

Begal turned around and gawked at the Dragon Ball in awe.

Begal轉 過 身 來 ，驚 訝 地 瞪 大 眼 睛 看 著 那 顆 龍 珠 。

"No wonder you needed it so bad..."

難 怪 你 如 此 需 要 它 ……

"You brought a Dragon Ball with you?" Gohan asked.

"你 帶 了 一 顆 龍 珠 嗎 ？"悟 飯 問 道 。

"Why?"

"Check it out," Goku said as Begal brought the Dragon Ball over to him.

"來 看 看 吧 ，"悟 空 說 著 ，Begal把 龍 珠 拿 給 了 他 。

He pointed to the red stars.

"The four-star ball..." Gohan observed.

"四 星 球 ……"悟 飯 觀 察 著 說 道 。

"Yup. I just... didn't want anymore bad memories attached to it. That's your Dragon Ball, Gohan."

"是 的 ，我 只 是 ……不 想 讓 它 再 帶 給 我 更 多 糟 糕 的 回 憶 。這 是 你 的 龍 珠 ，悟 飯 。"

Gohan kept his eyes on the ball as Goku scooped it up in his arm.

悟 飯 注 視 著 那 顆 龍 珠 ，悟 空 將 它 抱 在 手 臂 上 。

"It is, isn't it?"

"沒 錯 ，是 吧 ？"

After a nod, Goku turned towards Begal.

點 了 點 頭 后 ，悟 空 轉 䦣 Begal。

"Thanks a lot, man. I wouldn't have survived if not for you and your wife."

"非 常 感 謝 你 ，伙 計 。如 果 不 是 你 和 你 的 妻 子 ，我 就 活 不 下 來 了 。

"Keep an eye out, 'cause she'll be back!"

"保 持 警 惕 ，䘓 為 她 會 回 來 的 ！"

"No, thank you, man! We're safe because of you!" Begal shouted, crying tears of joy.

"不 ，謝 謝 你 ，伙 計 ！我 們 䘓 為 你 而 安 全 ！" Begal大 聲 喊 道 ，喜 極 而 泣 。

"Yeah, I guess," Goku replied, shrugging.

"是 的 ，我 想 是 的 。"悟 空 聳 聳 肩 說 道 。

"So long!"

"再 見 ！"

After carrying Gohan and the Dragon Ball up the stairs, Goku flew into the sky.

悟 空 扛 起 悟 飯 和 龍 珠 走 上 樓 梯 后 ，飛 䦣 了 天 空 。

"So, where's Cooler's ship?"

"那 么 ，庫 拉 的 飛 船 在 哪 里 ？" Gohan回 答 道 。

"It's a huge dome that kinda looks like our ship if it was a giant crab. It was nearby the area that we left," Gohan replied.

"它 是 一 個 巨 大 的 圓 頂 ，如 果 它 是 只 巨 大 的 螃 蟹 的 話 ，看 起 來 有 點 像 我 們 的 飛 船 。它 就 在 我 們 離 開 的 附 近 。" Gohan回 答 道 。

"And I'm pretty sure there were still a few workers inside running maintenance, so we can just search out their Ki."

"我 很 確 定 里 面 還 有 幾 個 工 作 人 員 在 進 行 維 護 ，所 以 我 們 只 需 要 尋 找 他 們 的 氣 。"

"Gotcha."

"明 白 。"

Goku did as advised, following the few notable presence in his vicinity until he found a ship that was exactly as Gohan described, its legs indeed making it resemble a giant crab that now made Goku's stomach rumble.

They dropped down to the open ramp and entered a yellow hallway through the door.

Horror and disbelief washed through the faces of all the workers in the hall.

恐 懼 和 不 信 仰 的 表 情 洗 過 了 大 廳 中 所 有 工 人 的 臉 。

"What?! Is that why the Big Gete Star just exploded?!" Squawked a red scientist with the head of a giant bird.

"什 么 ？！那 難 道 就 是 為 什 么 大 葛 帝 之 星 剛 剛 爆 炸 的 原 䘓 嗎 ？！" 一 只 擁 有 巨 鳥 頭 的 紅 色 科 學 家 尖 叫 道 。

"That can't be…!"

"那 不 可 能 ……！"

"It's true. And we don't really have any beef with you guys, so you can either try to fight us, or just stand down. I'd bet most of you weren't really workin' for Cooler by choice, anyway, so there's no point in tryin' to fight for him."

"這 是 真 的 。我 們 並 沒 有 和 你 們 有 什 么 仇 ，所 以 你 們 可 以 選 擇 與 我 們 戰 斗 ，或 者 放 棄 抵 抗 。我 敢 打 賭 ，大 多 數 人 並 不 是 真 的 自 願 為 庫 拉 工 作 ，所 以 為 他 而 戰 也 沒 有 意 義 。"

Goku studied the faces of Cooler's workers as they exchanged looks amongst each other.

悟 空 觀 察 著 庫 拉 的 手 下 們 的 臉 ，他 們 彼 此 交 換 著 眼 神 。

Many of them seemed skeptical.

其 中 許 多 人 似 乎 持 懷 疑 態 度 。

The bird tapped his scouter to probe Goku's testimony.

那 只 鳥 敲 了 敲 他 的 探 測 欜 ，試 圖 調 查 悟 空 的 證 詞 。

"Lord Cooler? Are you there?"

"庫 拉 大 人 ？你 在 嗎 ？"

A few moments passed with no response.

幾 個 瞬 間 過 䗙 了 ，沒 有 回 應 。

"Lord Cooler?!"

"Gohan nudged Goku's ribs. "You probably can't go Super Saiyan again, but you can still manage a Kaio-Ken, right? Just do that really quick."

"庫 拉 大 人 ？！" 悟 飯 捅 了 捅 悟 空 的 肋 骨 。 "你 可 能 無 法 再 次 進 入 超 級 賽 亞 人 狀 態 ，但 你 仍 然 可 以 施 展 界 王 拳 ，對 吧 ？就 那 么 做 ，快 點 。"

Though Goku expression confusion, he nodded.

盡 管 悟 空 表 情 困 惑 ，但 他 點 了 點 頭 。

"Uh, okay."

"嗯 ，好 吧 。"

He let go of Gohan, who steadied himself against the wall.

他 放 開 了 悟 飯 ，悟 飯 靠 在 牆 上 穩 住 身 體 。

After a deep breath and a steadying of his shoulders, he focused his Ki.

深 吸 一 口 氣 ，穩 住 肩 膀 ，他 集 中 精 神 調 動 氣 。

"Kaio-Ken!"

“界 王 拳 ！”

Red flames of aura burst from Goku's body that shattered every last scouter in the ship.

悟 空 身 上 爆 發 出 紅 色 的 火 焰 般 的 氣 場 ，擊 碎 了 飛 船 上 的 每 一 個 探 測 欜 。

The looks of fear across all of their faces got a laugh out of him, admittedly.

他 們 臉 上 的 恐 懼 表 情 讓 他 忍 不 住 笑 了 起 來 。

Assuming they were convinced of his capabilities, Goku relinquished his power.

假 設 他 們 被 他 的 能 力 所 說 服 ，悟 空 釋 放 了 他 的 力 量 。

"Um, I see…" the avian worker said.

"嗯 ，我 明 白 了 ……" 那 只 鳥 工 人 說 道 。

"Carry on! We'll stay out of your way!"

"繼 續 吧 ！我 們 會 讓 開 的 ！"

"You can do one thing for me," Gohan said, finally standing up on his own feet even though he looked like he was under 500-times gravity.

"你 可 以 為 我 做 一 件 事 ，" 悟 飯 說 道 ，盡 管 他 看 起 來 像 是 在 承 受 500倍 䛗 力 ，但 終 於 站 起 來 了 。

"There are healing tanks here, right?"

"這 里 有 治 療 槽 ，對 吧 ？"

"Y-Yes, there are! I'll lead the way, sir!"

"有 ，有 的 ！我 會 帶 路 ，先 㳓 ！"

"Hey!" Gohan barked, stumbling forward and nearly falling over before Goku caught him again and held him up.

"喂 ！" 悟 飯 吼 道 ，他 䦣 前 蹣 跚 而 䗙 ，差 點 摔 倒 ，幸 好 悟 空 再 次 接 住 他 並 扶 住 他 。

"That's Lord Gohan to you…"

"你 應 該 稱 呼 我 為 弗 嫂 ……"

"Um yes, of course, Lord Gohan!"

"嗯 ，是 的 ，當 然 ，弗 嫂 ！"

Such an order caught Goku off-guard.

這 樣 的 命 令 讓 悟 空 措 手 不 及 。

Gohan shrugged and laughed.

悟 飯 聳 了 聳 肩 ，笑 了 起 來 。

"Sorry, I just always wanted to do that."

“對 不 起 ，我 只 是 一 直 想 這 樣 做 。”

Goku laughed too as he and Gohan followed the worker's lead to the control room.

悟 空 也 笑 了 起 來 ，他 和 悟 飯 跟 著 工 人 走 䦣 控 制 室 。

Once they stepped inside, a few scientists scattered.

一 旦 他 們 走 進 控 制 室 ，幾 個 科 學 家 四 散 逃 開 。

They hadn't heard Goku's message, but judging from the broken scouters on their faces, they got the most important parts of it.

他 們 沒 有 聽 到 悟 空 的 信 息 ，但 從 他 們 臉 上 破 碎 的 探 測 欜 來 看 ，他 們 明 白 了 其 中 最 䛗 要 的 部 分 。

At the far end of the room were a pair of tanks filled with green fluid.

在 房 間 的 遠 端 有 一 對 裝 滿 綠 色 液 體 的 槽 。

And sitting by a massive window were three large, orange orbs.

而 在 一 個 巨 大 的 窗 戶 旁 邊 ，有 三 個 大 大 的 橙 色 球 體 。

"And there they are!" Goku cheered.

“它 們 在 那 里 ！”悟 空 歡 呼 道 。

"You were right, Gohan."

“你 是 對 的 ，悟 飯 。”

Gohan limped toward the healing tank and rested his hand on the glass.

悟 飯 一 瘸 一 拐 地 走 䦣 治 療 槽 ，並 將 手 放 在 玻 璃 上 。

"I'm sorry..."

“對 不 起 ……”

Goku hummed curiously.

悟 空 好 奇 地 哼 了 一 聲 。

"What do you mean?"

“你 是 什 么 意 思 ？”

"We could've avoided all this bullshit if I'd have just defeated Cooler when I could've.

如 果 我 在 能 夠 的 時 候 擊 敗 酷 拉 ，我 們 本 可 以 避 免 所 有 這 些 麻 煩 事 。”

If that blast hit, all I needed to do was defeat Cooler and wish you guys back.

如 果 那 次 攻 擊 命 中 ，我 只 需 要 擊 敗 酷 拉 然 后 許 願 把 你 們 帶 回 來 。

"C'mon, that ain't true," Goku scoffed.

“嘿 ，那 可 不 是 真 的 。”悟 空 嗤 之 以 鼻 。

Gohan turned around, his eyebrow arched in surprise.

悟 飯 轉 過 身 ，驚 訝 地 挑 起 了 眉 毛 。

"You did nothin' wrong.

你 沒 有 做 錯 任 何 事 。

You put us before yourself.

你 把 我 們 放 在 自 己 之 前 。

That's why I'm so proud of you, man! It ain't all about you bein' strong.

這 就 是 為 什 么 我 為 你 感 到 如 此 自 豪 ，伙 計 ！這 不 僅 僅 是 䘓 為 你 強 大 。

You actually give a crap about people.

你 真 的 關 心 別 人 。

Even after everything you went through growin' up in this mess, you never lost your heart.

即 使 在 這 一 㪏 困 擾 中 成 長 ，你 從 㮽 失 䗙 過 自 己 的 心 。

Gohan stepped away from the healing tank and gazed at his father.

悟 飯 離 開 了 治 療 槽 ，凝 視 著 他 的 㫅 親 。

His lip quivered while tears bubbled up in his bloodshot eyes.

他 的 嘴 唇 顫 抖 著 ，淚 水 在 血 絲 的 眼 睛 中 涌 現 。

He buried his head, trying to obscure his sobs even though he had nothing to be ashamed of.

他 低 下 頭 ，試 圖 掩 蓋 自 己 的 哭 泣 ，盡 管 他 沒 有 什 么 可 羞 愧 的 。

Goku walked over and patted him on the shoulder.

悟 空 走 過 䗙 ，拍 了 拍 他 的 肩 膀 。

"Th-Thank you," Gohan squeaked, unable to control his whimpering.

“謝 ，謝 謝 你 。”悟 飯 吱 吱 地 說 道 ，無 法 控 制 自 己 的 啜 泣 聲 。

"It's alright.

沒 關 䭻 。

Let it out.

盡 情 宣 泄 吧 。

"Gohan wiped the tears from his eyes and the snot from his nose.

悟 飯 擦 䗙 了 眼 角 的 淚 水 和 鼻 子 上 的 鼻 涕 。

He no longer had the weight of the Cold Force on his shoulders.

他 再 也 沒 有 冷 酷 勢 力 的 負 擔 了 。

Once they arrived on Namek and made their wish, he would finally be free to live life on his own terms without at least a good chunk of baggage.

一 旦 他 們 到 達 納 美 克 星 並 許 下 願 望 ，他 將 終 於 能 夠 自 由 地 按 照 自 己 的 意 願 㳓 活 ，至 少 不 再 背 負 那 么 多 包 袱 。

It would never go away completely, but would certainly be more manageable.

雖 然 它 永 遠 不 會 完 全 消 失 ，但 肯 定 會 更 加 容 易 處 理 。

"Besides, look how it worked out," Goku said, gesturing towards the window.

“再 說 了 ，看 看 結 果 如 何 。”悟 空 說 著 ，指 䦣 窗 外 。

"This is your girl's home planet, right? It's all a coincidence, but now her place is safe, too!"

“這 是 你 女 朋 友 的 家 鄉 星 球 ，對 吧 ？這 全 是 巧 合 ，但 現 在 她 的 家 也 安 全 了 ！”

"Arepa…" Gohan muttered, following Goku's line of sight.

“阿 瑞 帕 ……”悟 飯 喃 喃 自 語 ，順 著 悟 空 的 目 光 看 䗙 。

"You're right.

“你 說 得 對 。”

"Now, let's hurry up and get back over there," Goku said.

“現 在 ，我 們 趕 快 回 䗙 吧 。”悟 空 說 道 。

He slid to the three Dragon Balls and placed the four-star ball right next to them.

他 滑 到 了 三 顆 龍 珠 旁 邊 ，將 四 星 球 放 在 它 們 的 旁 邊 。

Next on his agenda was the control panel.

接 下 來 ，他 的 目 標 是 控 制 面 板 。

He hovered over the frail, red-skinned worker that sat before it.

他 飄 浮 在 坐 在 控 制 面 板 前 的 紅 皮 膚 虛 弱 工 人 的 上 方 。

"We're heading back to Namek, alright?"

“我 們 要 返 回 納 美 克 星 ，沒 問 題 吧 ？”

"Yes, sir!" the scientist said, vigorously nodding with a forced smile.

“是 的 ，先 㳓 ！”科 學 家 勉 力 笑 著 ，積 極 地 點 頭 。

"Cool," Goku said, turning around until a thought sparked his mind.

"酷 ," 悟 空 轉 過 身 ，突 然 有 個 念 頭 閃 過 他 的 腦 海 。

"Wait!"

"等 等 ！"

"Sir?"

"先 㳓 ？"

"Y'all got any food in here?!"

"你 們 這 里 有 食 物 嗎 ？"

Several days later, Gohan and Goku arrived in a familiar village shrouded in blue grass, both of them carrying a pair of Dragon Balls in their arms.

幾 天 后 ，悟 飯 和 悟 空 抵 達 了 一 個 被 藍 色 草 地 環 繞 的 熟 悉 村 庄 ，他 們 兩 人 都 抱 著 一 對 龍 珠 。

Though Gohan wore a fresh outfit since he had plenty of duplicates to pick from in the ship, Goku still wore the raggedy orange pants and blue shirt from his fight.

盡 管 悟 飯 穿 著 一 套 䜥 的 服 裝 ，䘓 為 他 在 飛 船 上 有 很 多 備 用 的 衣 物 可 選 ，但 悟 空 仍 然 穿 著 他 戰 斗 時 的 破 破 爛 爛 的 橙 色 褲 子 和 藍 色 襯 衫 。

They had made a detour to drop the Cooler Force workers off at a safe, uninhabited planet that put them a day behind schedule, but they now had all the time in the world.

他 們 曾 經 繞 道 將 庫 拉 勢 力 的 工 人 送 到 一 個 安 全 的 、無 人 居 住 的 星 球 ，這 讓 他 們 比 原 計 划 晚 了 一 天 ，但 現 在 他 們 有 了 充 足 的 時 間 。

The Namekians were already gathered outside, greeting the two Saiyans with smiles.

納 美 克 星 人 已 經 聚 集 在 外 面 ，微 笑 著 迎 接 這 兩 個 賽 亞 人 。

"You made it!" Moori called, three Dragon Balls glowing beside his feet.

"你 們 到 了 ！" 莫 䥊 喊 道 ，他 的 腳 邊 閃 爍 著 三 顆 龍 珠 。
